When you create an account to access the Service, you provide User Information such as your username, email address, password, contact information, and mailing/billing address. Furthermore, we may acquire information from third parties to verify your User Information, or if you sync a third party account or service with the Service. (2) Patient Information: To provide and operate the Service, we collect and store patient information (“Patient Information”) such as: patient names, medical records, and examination results. (3)Usage Data: To provide and operate the Service, we collect and store usage date (“Usage Data”), including automatically collecting certain basic information about our users and how they use the Service, such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, device types, browser types, internet service providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, click patterns, etc. (4)Cookies: The Service may use cookies and similar tools (collectively “Cookies”) for operation of the Service and to collect Usage Data. 2.Use of Information (1)User Information: We use User Information for the operation of the Service. As part of the Service, we may use User Information to contact you and to send you information regarding the Service. We may also use User Information to advertise and market features of the Service to you. You may unsubscribe from messages forwarded from the Service by following the instructions within the Service. We may provide anonymized and aggregated User Information to third parties, but only if no individual user can be identified in the anonymized and aggregated data. (2)Patient Information: We hold any Patient Information that you provide confidentially. Patient Information that you provide will only be made accessible to other users of the Service who have been authorized by you or the Service to access that information. (3)Usage Data: We use Usage Data to perform internal research on our users' usage patterns, demographics, interests and general behavior to improve the Service. We may provide anonymized and aggregated Usage Data to third parties, but only if no individual user can be identified in the anonymized and aggregated data. (4)Cookies: The Service may use cookies for the operation of the Service, to better understand how you interact with the Service, to monitor aggregate usage by users and web traffic routing on the Service, and to customize and improve the Service. 3.Transfer of Data (1)The Collected Information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the Collected Information, including Patient Information and your User Information, to Canada and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. (2)The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the Collected Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your User Information or any Patient Information will take place to any third party or country unless there are adequate controls in place to ensure your User Information and any Patient Information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 4.Disclosure of Information (1)Other Users: Your User Information may be made available to other users of the Service so other users can find, communicate, and collaborate with you. You may authorize other users through the Service to access any Patient Information which you provide. (2)Service Providers: We may engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in Canada and abroad. We may share Collected Information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the service providers use the Collected Information only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions. (3)Required Disclosures: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose Collected Information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect the Company’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose either your User Information or any Patient Information. (4)Business Transfers: In the event that the Service or the Company is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, the Collected Information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to the Collected Information as transferred to the new entity. 5.Modifying Collected Information (1)User Information: Registered users are provided with tools and account settings to access and modify their User Information. Registered users can also permanently delete their User Information. The Company may retain User Information in accordance with section 4.3, or if the User Information is part of a larger set of anonymized and aggregated user data, but only if the deleted User Information is not recoverable from the anonymized and aggregated data. (2)Patient Information: Patent Information cannot be modified or deleted, only added to. 6.Security of Data The security of your data is important to us, however, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your User Information and Patient Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. 7.Links to Other Sites The Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services. 8.Changes to this Policy We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will govern our use of your information and is always available at https://www.enosys.ca.
